PAYMENTS:

Payment is due day of service in the form of cash or check, made out to “Alexandra Cleaning INC”

There is a $40.00 fee for all returned checks. Tipping is encouraged, please do not include in the total amount on the check. 

PETS:

Please notify us about any pets you have.

SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT:

You provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment (such as Windex, Clorox cleaner, Pledge, paper towels, vacuum cleaner, mop, Swiffer sweeper) for service. If you don’t have any supplies and equipment, No Problem: let us know ahead of time and we will bring everything with us. A $20.00 charge will apply.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION:

Please email or call us 24 hours before any changes or cancellation of appointments.

If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged $70.

SATISFACTION:

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we guarantee to make it right.

Alexandra Cleaning INC is fully insured.
